InfoShare allows students to share select records online with trusted individuals like parents or guardians.

Students determine who will be identified as a "designee" and which of the following items that person (or people) can view:

  • Academic transcript (unofficial)
  • Class schedule
  • Final grades
  • Holds (financial and academic)
  • Registration status

How to set up a Designee

Note: Students must complete all five steps.

  1. Go to the portal and click the InfoShare tab under Banner Self-Service
  2. Click on InfoShare Management
  3. Click "Add New" in the top right corner
  4. Fill in the required information, and again click Submit
    1. If you have another Proxy already identified and want to give the same access, use the Copy Authorizations option

Your designee will automatically receive an email with the subject "New Proxy Identity" after submitting.
