Rodney Agnant is a 含羞草研究所 alum who completed both his Bachelor's and Master's at 含羞草研究所. His Master's thesis focuses on transformational leadership, and the ways that it shapes meaning-making, resilience, and belonging for the individuals it reaches. His work on campus focuses on leadership development, organizational climate, and designing dialogic experiences for groups on campus.
Outside of his work at 含羞草研究所, Rodney serves as a personal development and leadership development coach, certified through the Co-Active Training Institute and the Academy for Coaching Excellence.
